Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use On the Menu, a private planning service for two adults.

You must be at least 18 years old. Use the service only with another adult who has agreed to participate. Every proposal is optional, a yes is never assumed, and either person may decline, change, leave, close, disconnect, or block. A private compatibility match means only shared interest; it is not consent for an occasion and does not bypass menu review or final approval.

Private access

Guest links and account sessions grant access. Share a participant link only with its intended recipient, do not seek access you were not given, and replace a partner link if it may be compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through links or sessions under your control.

Your content

You retain responsibility for text and choices you add. You give On the Menu only the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to the other participant and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, threaten, pressure, impersonate, deceive, violate another person’s privacy, distribute illegal material, interfere with the service, or obtain unauthorized access. Follow the Content Standards.

Accounts and deletion

Accounts are optional. You must provide accurate sign-in information and protect your account. Deletion and retention work as described on Account and menu deletion.

Service changes

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued during active development. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Enforcement

Access may be limited when necessary to protect participants, the service, or comply with law. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
